How it works

Five steps; the engine takes care of everything else.

The classic mashup: one song's vocal over another's instrumental, with the key and tempo worked out for you.

Chain of mashups

Three songs or more: the engine splits them into beat-and-vocal pairs and joins the mashups with transitions.

Questions

Which files work
MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, AAC and OGG. The better the source, the better the result.
How many songs
Two to eight. A vocal-over-beat mashup takes two songs; a chain takes three or more.
Do I need music theory
No. Tempo and key are detected and matched automatically — there is nothing to set by hand.
What if the songs do not fit
The engine shows a compatibility score and tells you which song to replace, rather than building a bad mix.
Rights to the music
Upload only what you have the rights to. A mashup of commercial releases is personal use; publishing it needs permission from the rights holders.
